Sreeram Gonnalagadda, MD
Dr. Sreeram Gonnalagadda attended Sri Siddhartha Medical College (Tumkur) under Bangalore University in India and obtained his Bachelor Degree in Medicine and Surgery in 2000. He finished his Family Medicine residency training at Synergy Medical Education Alliance (now Central Michigan University College of Medicine) in 2008. He held academic appointments under Michigan State University and Ross University as clerkship director for medical students rotating through the family medicine department. He has also held faculty appointments at the Family Medicine residency program as Assistant Director, Associate Director and Interim Program Director. He was an assistant professor at Ross University and Michigan State University.
Dr. Gonnalagadda is Board Certified in Family Practice and a member of Collin County Medical Society , the Texas Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. During his residency he was the recipient of Best Junior Pediatric Resident award, the Diffenderfer award for the best grand rounds presentation from a senior resident and also the Chief Resident award.
Dr. Gonnalagadda has practiced in Michigan for 6 years after his residency. He moved to Texas and started to practice medicine in the Dallas Fort-Worth area. Dr.Gonnalagadda believes that a good physician is a good teacher, and tries to educate his patients every chance he gets.
